The Island of Influence Business Retreats are open to everyone.

We welcome men, women and non-binary individuals who feel that this event is the investment and indulgence they need for both their business growth and personal development and wellbeing.

This 7 day retreat experience is centered around our 4 core business expansion workshops.

But these workshops are not lectures and stuffy presentatons.

They’re true workshops where you will be challenged to bring forward new ideas, where you will be given strategies to consider, activities to do in small teams and guided to start conversations about your next big steps that we will then take into the rest of the days events. 

Each workshop will be unique, because each of our guest speakers brings a unique skillset, story and area of expertise to the round table. So you will learn from their unique perspectives, as well as from the perspectives of your fellow attendees, who are all experts in their own right, as you are.

But beyond that, you will also learn about yourself.

You will learn what it’s like to travel somewhere far away and surrender in the moments. You’ll learn what it’s like to fully lean back into being taken care of and spoilt by our attention-to-detail driven team. You’ll learn things that even we cannot predict, through the conversations around the dinner table, by the pool and by the bonefire.

The potential for growth is limitless.

While 80% of our itinerary and workshops are set in their outline, we want to ensure that we do create a bespoke experience for each of our attendees.

Having an application process allow us to meet you before you make any payment, so we can discuss your unique business goals and needs and make sure that the groups coming together will compliment one another and truly create the space for impact that makes these retreat so successful. 

In most instances, yes.

Both the ticket to the business retreat and your airfares are likely to be a tax deductible expense.

This is because we will be offering services at this retreat designed to “maintain or improve skills you need in your trade or business” (to quote the IRS in the United States).

We are offering a service that will allow you to develop your professional skills for marketing, sales and business growth. 

Please speak to your tax preparer or a legal professional about whether this business retreat may be tax deductible in your jurisdiction.

Our next retreat will take place in March 2025.

This retreat experience is capped at 10 attendees, so being on the wailtist will give you first dibs access to view our 2025 retreat itinerary, see our brand new luxury villa and our guest workshop hosts.

Waitlisters will also save an exclusive 15% off your ticket. This is the lowest discount that will be available for this experience. (No Black Friday exeptions either – this is the lowest discount all year so if you want to save, get on the waitlist!)

The Seychelles is a visa free country. There are no visa requirements for any persons wishing to travel to Seychelles except for passport holders from Kosovo.

There is a pre-arrival customs form that all passengers must fill in online 48 hours prior to departure for a €10 fee.

All attendees will fly into Mahé International Airport in the Seychelles. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by myself or a member of my team and escorted to our pre-arranged transportation to our villa.

The only element not included in the retreat tickets are your flights to and from Seychelles.

Travel to Seychelles is currently facilitated by some of the world’s most luxurious airlines including Qatar, Emirates and Etihad airways.

Once again, your international flights are not included in the retreat fees, however, upon confirming your spot at this retreat, you will receive a travel guide with more information to support you have a smooth travel experience. 

No. It is no longer a requirement as of early 2023 for visitors to Seychelles to take a Covid-19 test or be vaccinated to fly to or enter Seychelles

Seychelles enjoys a warm, sunny climate year round (between 23º and 31º Celsius). It’s advised to pack lightly. We will be sending you a detailed packing list prior to the retreat.

This 7 day retreat experience is centered around our 4 core business expansion workshops.

But these workshops are not lectures and stuffy presentatons.

They’re true workshops where you will be challenged to bring forward new ideas, where you will be given strategies to consider, activities to do in small teams and guided to start conversations about your next big steps that we will then take into the rest of the days events. 

Each workshop will be unique, because each of our guest speakers brings a unique skillset, story and area of expertise to the round table. So you will learn from their unique perspectives, as well as from the perspectives of your fellow attendees, who are all experts in their own right, as you are.

But beyond that, you will also learn about yourself.

You will learn what it’s like to travel somewhere far away and surrender in the moments. You’ll learn what it’s like to fully lean back into being taken care of and spoilt by our attention-to-detail driven team. You’ll learn things that even we cannot predict, through the conversations around the dinner table, by the pool and by the bonefire.

The potential for growth is limitless.

While 80% of our itinerary and workshops are set in their outline, we want to ensure that we do create a bespoke experience for each of our attendees.

In most instances, yes.

Both the ticket to the business retreat and your airfares are likely to be a tax deductible expense.

This is because we will be offering services at this retreat designed to “maintain or improve skills you need in your trade or business” (to quote the IRS in the United States).

We are offering a service that will allow you to develop your professional skills for marketing, sales and business growth. 

Please speak to your tax preparer or a legal professional about whether this business retreat may be tax deductible in your jurisdiction.

This retreat experience is capped at 10 attendees, so being on the wailtist will give you first dibs access to view our 2025 retreat itinerary, see our brand new luxury villa and our guest workshop hosts.

The Seychelles is a visa free country. There are no visa requirements for any persons wishing to travel to Seychelles except for passport holders from Kosovo.

There is a pre-arrival customs form that all passengers must fill in online 48 hours prior to departure for a €10 fee.

All attendees will fly into Mahé International Airport in the Seychelles. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by myself or a member of my team and escorted to our pre-arranged transportation to our villa.

The only element not included in the retreat tickets are your flights to and from Seychelles.

Travel to Seychelles is currently facilitated by some of the world’s most luxurious airlines including Qatar, Emirates and Etihad airways.

Once again, your international flights are not included in the retreat fees, however, upon confirming your spot at this retreat, you will receive a travel guide with more information to support you have a smooth travel experience. 

No. It is no longer a requirement as of early 2023 for visitors to Seychelles to take a Covid-19 test or be vaccinated to fly to or enter Seychelles

Seychelles enjoys a warm, sunny climate year round (between 23º and 31º Celsius). It’s advised to pack lightly. We will be sending you a detailed packing list prior to the retreat.
